Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of any izantech application. By installing or using a Product, you agree to them.

In these terms, “izantech”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Izan Rodrigo Moreno Maroto, an individual seller based in Spain. “Product” means any software application we license to you, currently including AppClone.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product on Macs that you personally own. The license is granted per major version (1.x, 2.x, etc.); upgrading to a future major version may require a separate purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except where such activity is expressly permitted by mandatory local law and only to the extent so permitted.

3. Intellectual property

The Products and all related materials, including source code, binaries, branding, and documentation, are the property of Izan Rodrigo Moreno Maroto. The license granted under these terms does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Free trial

Each Product may offer a free trial period during which you can evaluate the Product without paying. After the trial expires, a valid license is required to continue using the Product’s paid functionality. Trial state is stored locally on your Mac.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some Products operate on copies of third-party applications you already own; you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those applications complies with their respective licenses and terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of a Product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

8. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of a Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
