If an izantech app doesn’t work for you, we want you to get your money back.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request one, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact dev@izantech.app and we will route the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refund window
Refund requests received within 14 days of purchase are honoured by default. Because each izantech app offers a free trial before purchase, we expect most compatibility issues to surface during the trial.
After activation
Once a license has been activated and used, refunds are evaluated case by case at our discretion, in line with Paddle’s policy and applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
