Privacy Policy

izantech apps run entirely on your Mac. The apps do not collect telemetry, analytics, or personal data. This page covers what happens around them.

What we collect

In-app

Nothing. izantech apps have no analytics, no crash reporting, and no telemetry. They do not connect to our servers. License validation runs locally on your Mac — no activation request leaves it.

At checkout (via Paddle)

When you buy an izantech app, our merchant of record Paddle collects your name, email, billing address, IP address, and payment metadata. Paddle is the data controller for that data and processes it under their own privacy policy. We receive a limited record of your purchase (email and order ID) so we can issue you a license.

License records

We store your email address and the major version of the Product you purchased, so we can re-issue your license if you lose it and offer upgrade pricing for future major versions.

Website

This site and its sibling product sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request URL) for abuse prevention. We do not set cookies and do not run analytics.

Legal basis

• Performance of contract (your purchase) for processing the order and issuing your license.
• Legitimate interest (re-issuing licenses, communicating about your purchase, anti-piracy of the offline license).

Processors

• Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing, invoicing, VAT, refunds.
• Cloudflare Inc. — website hosting and DDoS protection.
• We do not share your data with anyone else.

Retention

License records are kept while you remain a customer and for as long as we offer support for the major version you purchased. Paddle retains transaction data per their own retention policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email dev@izantech.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Children

izantech apps are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We will publish updates to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
